- Standard: 65 EUR/month + 10 EUR per user/month, minimum 5 users
- Premium: 80 EUR/month + 12 EUR per user/month, minimum 10 users
- Eliit: 110 EUR/month + 18 EUR per user/month, minimum 20 users
- User-fee discount (on the per-user part only): from 25 users 10 %, from 50 users 15 %, from 100 users 20 %, from 200 users 25 %

- Availability: 95 / 98 / 99.5 % of working hours (weekdays 08:00-18:00), measured per calendar year

- Recovery time objective: 24 / 8 / 4 hours from fault detection
- Backup retention: 14 / 30 / 30 days, plus a monthly copy kept 365 / 365 / 365 days
- Support response: 48 / 8 / 4 hours
