1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://www.amphora.ee or your Amphora URL, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Amphora Professionali kasutustingimused

1. Tingimused

Veebisaidile aadressil https://www.amphora.ee või oma Amphora URL-i sisenedes nõustute järgima neid kasutustingimusi, kõiki kohaldatavaid seadusi ja määrusi ning nõustute, et olete vastutab kõigi kehtivate kohalike seaduste järgimise eest. Kui te ei nõustu nende tingimustega, on teil keelatud seda saiti kasutada või sellele juurde pääseda. Sellel veebisaidil olevad materjalid on kaitstud kehtivate autoriõiguste ja kaubamärkide seadustega.

2. Kasutuslitsents

2. See litsents lõpeb automaatselt, kui rikute mõnda neist piirangutest, ja Amphora Infohaldus OY võib selle igal ajal lõpetada. 3. Kohustustest loobumine 

1. Amphora Professsionali veebisaidil olevad materjalid on esitatud põhimõttel „nagu on”. Amphora Infohaldus OY ei anna otseseid ega kaudseid garantiisid ning loobub ja tühistab käesolevaga kõik muud garantiid, sealhulgas kaudsed garantiid või kaubanduslikud tingimused, sobivuse konkreetseks otstarbeks või intellektuaalse omandi rikkumise või muu õiguste rikkumise.

2. Lisaks ei garanteeri Amphora Infohaldus OY ega esita mingeid kinnitusi oma veebisaidil või muul viisil selliste materjalidega või mis tahes selle saidiga lingitud saitide materjalide kasutamise täpsuse, tõenäoliste tulemuste või usaldusväärsuse kohta.

4. Piirangud
